New article entitled Carvedilol prevents pancreatic β-cell damage and the development of type 1 diabetes in mice by the inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines, NF-κB, COX-2, iNOS and oxidative stress has been published by Dr Keyvan Amirshahrokhi (associate professor of Pharmacology) as a corresponding and first author in Cytokine journal with Impact factor of 2.952. The journal is indexed in ISI, PubMed, Scopus and published by Elsevier
